Information and Application for Stallholders: Please read this information carefully before completing the form
Registration is through this site. Registration is now open for the 2025 Fair. Closing date for the 2025 registration is 12 December 2024. No late registrations will be accepted.
Stall holders will need to fill in the form below to register interest whether or not you have previously participated in the Fair. There will be a flat fee of $300 for participation. Stallholders will be responsible for setting up and manning their stalls for the duration of the Fair and taking money for their own sales. The general requirement for stall holders is that some tables can be provided but stall holders can also bring their own. Stall spaces will be between 2.5 and 3 square metres and will be allocated by the organising committee. Covering for tables will need to be provided. Stall holders will be notified of their participation by 15th December 2023 and will be asked to confirm participation and pay the stall holder fee by 29 January 2025.
As space is limited registration of interest does not guarantee participation. You are strongly urged to include in the additional information and work description section any information which will demonstrate the quality of your work, your experience of exhibiting and selling and the range of prices you ask for your work. Please do not give a full CV and limit yourself to 200 words
